After more than three decades at JSA Advocates & Solicitors, senior disputes lawyer Amit Kapur is set to join Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) as Senior Partner, where he will head the firm’s Delhi office and serve as Chair of its National Disputes Practice. Kapur, who led JSA’s Infrastructure and Regulatory practice since 1997 and previously served as Joint Managing Partner, is widely recognised for his expertise in infrastructure, energy, environmental and regulatory disputes, having advised governments, multilateral institutions and leading Indian corporates across diverse sectors.
