Dentons Link Legal is pleased to have further strengthened its Competition & Antitrust practice with the addition of Arjun Nihal Singh as Partner, based out of the Firm’s Delhi office. Arjun brings over a decade of experience advising domestic and international corporations, industry associations, private equity funds, and public sector entities on complex competition law matters. His practice spans antitrust investigations which include abuse of dominance and cartel investigations, merger control, competition litigation before Constitutional Courts across India and regulatory advisory. He also regularly advises clients on competition compliance programs and risk mitigation measures.
Arjun regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, the Competition Commission of India, the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, and High Courts across various jurisdictions, representing clients across a broad range of sectors, including automotive, shipping, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, technology, e-commerce, manufacturing, infrastructure, real estate, logistics, power and energy, and financial services. Known for his strategic, commercially driven approach, Arjun has been recognized as a Recommended Lawyer in the practice area of Antitrust/Competition Law by Legal 500 (2024-2026) and has been named a Future Legal Leader in the practice areas of Antitrust and Competition laws by the Indian Business Law Journal (2025).
