The Central Government has notified the appointment of nine advocates as Additional Judges of the Punjab and Haryana High Court for a period of two years, with effect from the date they assume charge of their respective offices. The appointments have been made by the President under Article 224(1) of the Constitution of India.
The nine appointees are
- Monica Chhibber Sharma,
- Harmeet Singh Deol,
- Pravindra Singh Chauhan,
- Rajesh Gaur,
- Puja Chopra,
- Sunish Bindlish,
- Minderjeet Yadav,
- Divya Sharma and
- Ravinder Malik.
