Dentons Link Legal has acted as legal counsel to Punjab National Bank (“PNB”) on providing financial assistance to a large real estate developer in India for, inter alia, refinancing the existing lease rental discounting facility for an amount aggregating to approximately INR 24.9 billion taken against a large commercial establishment in Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai.

Dentons Link Legal advised PNB on (a) drafting, reviewing, negotiating and finalization of the transaction documents; and (b) advising PNB on escrow arrangement and security structure considering few units were sold to the occupants and were not on lease structure.
