Delhi Court Issues Non-Bailable Warrants Against Parsvnath Developers in Cheque Bounce Case

A Saket Court in Delhi has issued non-bailable warrants against the accused persons in a cheque bounce complaint against Parsvnath Buildwell Private Limited and others after noting repeated non-appearance despite earlier directions for physical appearance.

Judicial Magistrate First Class Radha Kulshreshtha observed that the accused had sought exemption from personal appearance for the fourth consecutive occasion despite being specifically directed to appear physically on the last date of hearing. The Court recorded:

“It appear to the Court that the accused persons are deliberately avoiding appearing before the Court.”

Accordingly, the exemption application was dismissed and the Court directed issuance of non-bailable warrants against the accused persons, returnable on the next date of hearing.

The order further directed that the warrants be executed through the concerned SHO/SSP and stated that the process server shall remain personally present in case of non-execution of warrants.

Earlier, in connected proceedings before the Allahabad High Court on April 03, 2026, arising out of a contempt application filed by the petitioner, Justice Rohit Ranjan Agarwal directed the District Magistrate, Ghaziabad, to file a personal affidavit within three weeks.
