Delhi Court Rejects Ratna Singh’s Plea Seeking FIR Against Police Over Alleged Wrongful Confinement During Lawyers’ Protest

The Saket District Court, Delhi  rejected a plea filed by Cockroach Janta Party’s legal affairs head, Ratna Singh, seeking registration of an FIR against police personnel over alleged wrongful confinement and seeking restraint against being prevented from participating in a protest against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar in connection with the Special Intensive Revision (SIR).

Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Abhinav Pandey of the Saket Courts passed the order.
