The Delhi High Court on Thursday issued notice on the bail application filed by Vishnu Menaria, son of a former employee of the family of Indian-Swiss billionaire Pankaj Oswal, in connection with a criminal case alleging trespass, assault and criminal intimidation at the family’s Delhi residence.

The matter came up before Justice Prateek Jalan, who sought the response of the State (NCT of Delhi) on the plea of the accused and listed the matter for further hearing. The bail application arises out of an FIR registered at Police Station Hazrat Nizamuddin under various provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita relating to assault, criminal intimidation and house trespass.

The prosecution alleged that accused unlawfully entered the residence of industrialist Pankaj Oswal’s family and assaulted Radhika Oswal, besides issuing threats. The accused has denied the allegations and sought bail before the High Court.
