The Delhi High Court will hear the bail application of the son of the former employee of the Oswal family, who is currently in judicial custody in connection with a high-profile case of assaulting Radhika Oswal wife of industrialist Pankaj Oswal.

The matter is listed before Justice Prateek Jalan.

Advocate Yash Giri will be appearing on behalf of the Oswal Family.

Previously, Ms Vasundhara Oswal was detained in Uganda in 2024 in connection with allegations surrounding the disappearance of a former employee. The employee was subsequently traced, following which the charges were dropped against her.
