The International Bar Association (IBA) will host the Fifth IBA India Litigation and ADR Symposium on November 27 and 28, 2026, at the Taj Mahal Hotel, New Delhi. The two-day symposium will bring together members of the judiciary, legal practitioners, in-house counsel and dispute resolution professionals to deliberate on key developments shaping India’s legal and dispute resolution landscape.
The symposium is presented by the India Working Group of the IBA Asia Pacific Regional Forum and supported by the IBA Arbitration Committee and the IBA Litigation Committee.
The programme will cover a wide range of contemporary legal issues, including constitutional morality, judicial independence and justice delivery in the age of artificial intelligence, the role of law in keeping pace with economic development, and the management of disputes from an in-house perspective.
