The ICC India Arbitration Conference 2026 will be held on October 31, 2026, at the Trident Hotel, Nariman Point, Mumbai, bringing together judges and arbitration practitioners to discuss emerging jurisprudence, procedural developments and India’s evolving role in the global disputes ecosystem.
Organised under the ICC India Arbitration Group, the conference will feature sessions on monetary remedies in arbitration, asset recovery in the age of digital assets and the debate over whether ethics in international arbitration should be codified.
