The Indian Institute of Arbitration & Mediation (IIAM) announces the next batch of its Certificate Course on Arbitration: Advocacy & Drafting (CAAD), a comprehensive 30-hour online professional training programme, commencing from 21 August 2026.
About the Course
Arbitration advocacy and drafting are core competencies in contemporary dispute resolution practice. Precision in pleadings, strategic presentation of evidence, and effective advocacy before arbitral tribunals play a decisive role in the outcome of arbitration proceedings.
The CAAD programme is designed to equip participants with the practical, hands-on skills required to effectively handle arbitration matters. This intensive programme bridges the gap between theory and practice through real-life arbitration scenarios, practical drafting exercises, case analysis, and advocacy strategies, enabling participants to develop confidence and competence in arbitration practice.
