The Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration (MCIA) is set to host the 6th edition of India ADR Week (IAW) 2026from September 7 to 11, 2026, across Bengaluru, Mumbai and New Delhi. The landmark edition coincides with 10 years of MCIA’s operations and will bring together leading judges, arbitration practitioners, law firms, arbitral institutions, in-house counsel, academics and industry leaders from India and around the world.
The five-day programme will feature more than 20 sessions on contemporary developments in arbitration and dispute resolution, alongside specialised training programmes, jurisdiction-focused events, and networking opportunities. The Week will conclude with a keynote address by Chief Justice of India Justice Surya Kant in New Delhi, while Chief Justice of the High Court of Karnataka Justice Vibhu Bakhru and Bombay High Court Judge Justice G.S. Kulkarni will deliver the opening remarks in Bengaluru and Mumbai, respectively.
India ADR Week 2026 will also feature participation from leading domestic and international law firms, arbitral institutions, and industry stakeholders, reinforcing India’s growing role as a preferred destination for international arbitration and cross-border dispute resolution.

Tribunal Secretary Training Programme 2026
Behind every well-run arbitration is a strong Tribunal Secretary. Hence, as part of IAW 2026, MCIA will host the Tribunal Secretary Training Programme 2026, offering legal professionals and aspiring arbitration practitioners the opportunity to learn from internationally renowned faculty and leading experts in international arbitration. The programme will be led by Rishab Gupta, Independent Counsel & Barrister, Twenty Essex, who will serve as the Course Director.
