Rohitashya Roy Appointed Jharkhand Advocate General Following Rajiv Ranjan’s Resignation

The Jharkhand Government has appointed Senior Advocate Rohitashya Roy as the new Advocate General for the State, following the resignation of Senior Advocate Rajiv Ranjan from the constitutional post.

Mr Roy, a senior member of the Bar with extensive experience before the Jharkhand High Court, will now serve as the State’s highest law officer, representing the Government in constitutional, civil, and other significant legal matters before courts and tribunals.
