Aakash has been associated with Khaitan & Co for nearly 13 years and was among the youngest to be elevated as a partner in Khaitan & Co’s Delhi office. He is also an Advocate-on-Record registered with the Supreme Court.
With nearly 13 years of practice, Aakash has represented and advised leading Indian and multinational corporations across a wide range of practice areas, including constitutional law, taxation law, succession and inheritance law, shareholders disputes, mining law, and other commercial laws.
