The Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration (MCIA) has launched its India ADR Survey, inviting members of the arbitration and alternative dispute resolution community to participate in the survey as part of a knowledge initiative leading up to India ADR Week 2026.
The survey seeks to gather perspectives from members of the ADR community and contribute to a broader understanding of India’s evolving arbitration and dispute resolution landscape.
Members of the arbitration community can access and complete the survey at www.adrweek.in/arbitration-survey.
The deadline for participation is August 25, 2026.
The findings of the India ADR Survey will be unveiled during India ADR Week 2026 and will be released by Hon’ble Justice Surya Kant, Chief Justice of India.
MCIA has encouraged members of the arbitration community to participate and contribute their perspectives to this knowledge initiative ahead of India ADR Week 2026.
