SAM’s comprehensive advisory role encompassed structuring the transaction, negotiating and drafting definitive transaction documentation, and managing stakeholder engagement across multiple investor groups. The transaction involved complex cross-border structuring spanning Singapore and India, requiring navigation of Singapore law, Indian exchange control regulations, Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) regulations, and applicable tax laws.
Berry Street Health, Inc. is a US-based healthcare company focused on nutrition and metabolic health. Healthify is a leading AI-powered digital health and wellness platform with a significant presence in India. This strategic combination unites Healthify’s pioneering consumer AI technology with Berry Street’s insurance-covered clinical care network in the United States. The combined business will be co-led by Noah Kotlove (CEO of Berry Street) and Tushar Vashisht (CEO of Healthify) as co-CEOs.
