Srishti Jain Promoted to Of Counsel at Humphries Kerstetter LLP

Srishti Jain Of Counsel Promotion

Srishti joined Humphries Kerstetter as a Managing Associate and has quickly established herself as an important part of the firm’s international arbitration and commercial disputes practice. Her promotion recognises both the strength of her practice and the contribution she is making to the continued development of the firm.

Srishti is triple-qualified as a solicitor-advocate in England & Wales, New York attorney and advocate in India, and brings extensive international experience to her practice. She has over a decade of experience in acting for clients in complex cross-border disputes and international arbitrations under LCIA, ICC, SIAC and AAA rules, as well as advising investors and states in ICSID investment treaty arbitrations. She also has extensive experience in acting before the Court in England & Wales and in India. Her experience spans a wide range of commercial disputes, including financial, contractual, shareholder and post-M&A disputes, insolvency, fraud and enforcement matters.

Her links with India are also an important part of the firm’s growing international arbitration practice. Srishti has spent significant periods of her career working in India and has developed strong relationships across the Indian legal and arbitration community. The firm is committed to strengthening its engagement with the Indian market and the wider international arbitration community.

The promotion comes at an exciting time for Humphries Kerstetter’s international arbitration practice, which continues to develop its international reach and work on complex, high-value disputes. Srishti’s experience and international network complement the firm’s existing arbitration team and further strengthen its ability to advise clients and work with counsel and professional contacts across different jurisdictions.

Joanna Pearson, Managing Partner at Humphries Kerstetter, said:
