In a significant addition to its growing Intellectual Property practice, AERION LEGAL is set to welcome Vaishali Sharma as a Partner, where she will lead and strengthen the Firm’s Trade Mark Prosecution, Brand Strategy and Advisory Practice.

Vaishali is going to join AERION LEGAL after an accomplished career of over 13 years in Intellectual Property law, including a long stint at Anand and Anand, where she has been associated since 2018. She is currently closing her exit formalities and is expected to join AERION LEGAL shortly.

Her experience includes advising leading domestic and international clients on complex brand protection strategies, managing IP portfolios, and providing strategic advisory services to businesses expanding across digital and international markets.

Vaishali’s joining further strengthens AERION LEGAL’s ambition to build a leading specialist IP firm, bringing together deep expertise across IP litigation, prosecution, enforcement and strategic advisory.
