The President of India, in consultation with the Chief Justice of India, has ordered the transfer of Justice Chandrasekharan Sudha from the Kerala High Court to the Delhi High Court under Article 222(1) of the Constitution. Justice Sudha has been directed to assume charge of her new office at the Delhi High Court. The notification was issued by the Ministry of Law and Justice, Department of Justice, on October 14, 2025.
