On October 14, 2025, the President of India, after consulting the Chief Justice of India, issued an official notification transferring Justice Tara Vitasta Ganju from the Delhi High Court to the Karnataka High Court under Article 222(1) of the Constitution. Justice Ganju is directed to assume her new position promptly at the Karnataka High Court.
