The Delhi Police has issued a circular directing that all police officers and personnel must physically appear before courts in all criminal trials for the purpose of deposition and evidence.
The directive, issued on 8 September 2025 by Special Commissioner of Police (Crime) partially modifies an earlier order dated 4 September 2025.
