A man appearing through video conference during proceedings before JMFC-03, New Delhi District, at Patiala House Courts, allegedly hurled a series of abusive and derogatory remarks at Judicial Magistrate Aridaman Singh Cheema, before he was eventually removed from the virtual hearing.

In the video of the incident now circulating on social media, the man, appearing through video conferencing, can be heard using expletives and making disparaging remarks directed at the judicial officer during the proceedings.
