The NCLT & AT Bar Association (‘Bar Association’), registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, represents Advocates, Company Secretaries, Chartered Accountants and Cost Accountants practicing before the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (“NCLT”) and the Hon’ble National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (“NCLAT”).
The Bar Association is organising a commemorative event on 01 June 2026 to celebrate and mark ten years of the establishment of the Hon’ble NCLT and the Hon’ble NCLAT, institutions that have significantly contributed towards the development of corporate adjudication and insolvency jurisprudence in India.
The event shall be held at the Mavalankar Auditorium, Constitution Club of India, New Delhi, commencing at 3:00 P.M.
