Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co (SAM) acted as legal counsel to Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Limited (KIMS) in connection with the preferential allotment of 77,02,182 fully convertible warrants aggregating to approximately INR 600 crore in favour of certain members of the Promoter & Promoter Group (namely, Dr. Abhinay Bollineni, Mr. Adwik Bollineni (Promoter) and Bharas Ventures LLP (Promoter Group).
