On October 14, 2025, the President of India, following consultation with the Chief Justice of India, transferred Justice Arun Monga, Judge of the Delhi High Court, to the Rajasthan High Court under Article 222(1) of the Constitution. Justice Monga is directed to take charge at the Rajasthan High Court immediately.
