Kroll, IWIRC India to Host Knowledge Session on Global Asset Tracing & Recovery

Global asset tracing recovery session

In today’s increasingly complex and borderless financial landscape, asset tracing and recovery has become critical for financial institutions, corporations, regulators, and governments seeking resolution in commercial disputes or cases of fraud and misappropriation. Assets often do not reside where expected, and that’s where the real challenge begins.

Kroll, in collaboration with IWIRC India, invites you to a knowledgesharing session led by Ms. Jin Low.

Drawing on Kroll’s extensive global experience, the speakers will explore how assets are identified, traced, secured, and recovered across jurisdictions, offering practical insights into realworld challenges and solutions.

Jin Low is a Senior Director in the Kroll Restructuring practice, based in Singapore. She’s a Singaporequalified advocate and solicitor and a New Yorkqualified attorney, with around 20 years of experience advising on corporate restructurings, insolvencies, financial investigations, and receiverships. Her work focuses on enforcement strategies, evaluation of restructuring proposals, company valuations, and asset sales, and she regularly advises banks, financial institutions, creditors, and debtors.
