The Supreme Court Collegium on October 14, 2025 upon reconsideration sought by the Government, had decided to recommend the transfer of Justice Atul Sreedharan, Judge of High Court of Madhya Pradesh, to the High Court of Allahabad instead of High Court of Chattisgarh.
