Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. (SAM) acted as Indian legal counsel to Seventy Second Investment Company LLC, an affiliate of Mubadala Investment Company (the Mubadala Selling Shareholder), in connection with the initial public offering of equity shares by Manipal Health Enterprises Limited aggregating to approximately ₹92,752.16 million (approximately USD973.1 million), comprising a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating to ₹80,000.00 million and an offer for sale aggregating to ₹12,752.16 million by the Selling Shareholders.
SAM advised the Mubadala Selling Shareholder on all aspects of Indian law relating to the transaction, including the offer for sale by the Mubadala Selling Shareholder in connection with the IPO and the review, negotiation and finalisation of the transaction documentation.
The equity shares of Manipal Health Enterprises Limited were listed on BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited on 5 August 2026.
